THIS SPACE
i’m in a season of wintering, of rebirth.
of spiraling and stripping down down down to the core of what makes me feel alive.
of being still and quiet enough to listen to the whispers of what wants me.
and this space is reflecting that.
i exhaled more times than i can remember, as i hid pages and deleted sections.
as i removed anything that felt like an excess, like a version of me that isn’t now.
i’m simplifying.
this website is a mirror– of the clarity i seek and space i’m making to be able to hear it.
this website is a home– a portal that connects you to two aspects of my writing:
ME
the short version: i’m a paradox.
the longer version: i’m the daughter of two people whose love story is like a Nicholas Spark book. i’ve lived (what feels like all my life thus far) straddling two worlds: italy and america, art and science, listening to my true nature and trying desperately trying to fit in. i’m a dreamer and doer, i’m frighteningly objective and deeply emotional.
and right now, in this season of life, i’m a student of self. i’m reconnecting to my imagination, dipping my toes back into possibility, and re-learning to make love with creativity.
i’m writing with the intention of understanding myself and the world around me. as a way to write myself into new states of being, understanding– living. as the process and the outcome. the way and the destination.
NOW
updated: december, 2024.
i currently live in Colorado, where i spend my time writing, lifting weights, working, trying not to diasterbate over the state of our world, or out on the trails hiking, backpacking, and trail running.

IN THE PAST YOU COULD FIND ME
coaching clients at Ethos Colorado. meeting them where they were at and adjusting workouts on the go based on their needs for that day.
talking with prospective students at Lumia Coaching. a lot of these conversations centered on career & purpose coaching. and cheering them on to listen to their dreams’ whispers.
